Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns Policy

You may return any items sold and fulfilled by Miccus.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. A restocking fee may apply based on re-sellable condition and missing/damaged components. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please e-mail rma@miccus.com to obtain a return authorization number.


If you receive a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, or if you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at (616) 604-4449 or support@miccus.com and we'll gladly help you. You will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. Miccus Inc. will cross-ship items if the purchaser's credit card number is provided.

Miccus. Inc. Limited Warranty

Miccus, Inc. ("Miccus") warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and services for a period of 12 months from the date of sale. Product batteries remain under warranty for 6 months from the date of sale.

Miccus, at its option, will either repair, exchange or replace the product during the warranty period provided it is returned in accordance with the terms of this warranty. All replaced parts or products shall become the property of Miccus. Any repairs not covered by this warranty will be charged at the cost of replaced parts plus the Miccus hourly labor rate at that time.

This express limited warranty is extended by Miccus to the original end-user purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable to any other party. All claims for damaged products must be made within fifteen (15) days from the date of occurrence resulting in the damage and must be accompanied by the receipt for the damaged product and a one line description of the defect. This is the complete warranty for products manufactured by Miccus. [Miccus does not warrant for the installation, maintenance, or service of the product.]

All costs of shipping the product to Miccus, Inc. for inspection and all risk of loss during transit shall be borne solely by the original purchaser.

This warranty applies within the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada.

This warranty does not cover (a) defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in other than its normal and customary manner; (b) defects or damage from misuse, accident or neglect; (c) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, alteration, modification or adjustment; (d) product disassembled or repaired in such a manner as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and testing to verify any warranty claim; (e) product which has had the serial number removed (if applicable) or made illegible; (f) shipping costs to repair location.
